SPAC Horizon Acquisition Corporation II has terminated the deal with Flexjet

Investment result excluding commissions: +6.5%

Flexjet and Horizon entered into a business combination agreement in October 2022. The deal was expected to close in the second quarter of this year. In mid-April, Flexjet said its position of strength gives “the flexibility to access the public markets at the appropriate time”.

As a result of the termination, Flexjet will remain a private company, and Horizon will liquidate its trust fund and buy back all shares outstanding.

The investment in Horizon Acquisition Corporation II was introduced on our platform in March 2021 at $10.33. The investment closed on May 1 at $11. Its result excluding commissions: +6.5%. The result will show in your account shortly.
