UPD: Pre-IPO FiscalNote exit procedure

The fund through which we invested in FiscalNote has decided to close the investment and distribute the cash.

Therefore, the fund is selling FiscalNote shares from June 1st through June 10th. Once the sale is complete, it will proceed with the transfer of funds to our bank account - tentatively this will happen after June 15.

The closing price of the investment will be calculated based on the weighted average price of shares during the sales period from June 1 to June 10. As soon as the funds from the sale of shares are credited to our account, the investment in pre-IPO FiscalNote will be closed.
