Pre-IPO FiscalNote closing price

As we announced earlier, the fund through which we invested in FiscalNote has decided to close the investment and distribute the funds. From June 1st to June 10th, the fund sold FiscalNote shares.

Based on the weighted average price over the sales period, the fund calculated the closing value of the investment at $2.52 per share. As soon as the funds from the sale of shares are credited to our account, the investment in pre-IPO FiscalNote will be closed.
