In 2020, Udemy was named in Fortune Magazine’s 2020 “Change the World” list of 50 companies. Udemy is a well-known brand popular all over the world.

In an IPO, Udemy plans to sell 14.5 million shares priced at $27 to $29 each. We expect the market capitalization of the company on the public market to reach $6-7.5 billion, which corresponds to a price per share of $43-54.
