The application can run on the company's servers or in the cloud. It provides bug tracking and a rollback feature that allows you to revert to the previous build.

GitLab is positioned by Gartner in the Leaders quadrant of the Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Agile Planning Tools. It counts Goldman Sachs, Nvidia, UBS, Siemens, Fortinet, Salesforce, Blackberry, ZipRecruiter as customers.

Its valuation at IPO approximates $8.6 billion. GitLab has a strong open source community and a wide and loyal customer base. We expect the company to have a successful placement and its price in the public market to reach $10-12 billion.
