FiscalNote has acquired Aicel Technologies

Aicel will greatly enhance the breadth and scope of the AI data solutions offerings we provide globally, FiscalNote CEO Tim Hwang said.

The deal will also give FiscalNote access to a wider customer base and allow it to add new engineering, AI and research talent to its staff.

Aicel Technologies was founded in 2016 in Seoul, South Korea. The company processes both proprietary and licensed data, including trade and export information, patent filings, aggregated consumer and retail transactions, food delivery and home sharing data, and others.
