Algolia introduced a new merchandising product

The solution will save money and significantly reduce time costs, as well as provide massive scalability, especially on big sale days, the company said in a press release.

One component of the Algolia Merchandising Suite is a single console without code that helps efficiently organize promotions, product display, price adjustments and inventory management. The customer can use AI-based automation and business rule settings to manage a variety of situations, routine and unexpected.

Scalability reaches 4.5 billion searches per event, the company said.

Algolia is an API-based search platform used by more than 12,000 companies, including Under Armour, Birchbox, Stripe, Slack, Medium and Zendesk.
